3.  We take GREAT pictures of our rentals and include pictures of your HOA AMENITIES.  We maintain the ONLY web address dedicated specifically to houses for rent in the City of Menifee and include those that are listed by multiple agencies. 

4.  You pay only for the services you need:  Tenant Placement, Monthly Management or BOTH.  Our fees are simple, and you never pay anything up front.  (Tenant Placement fees are reduced for Landlords who hire us for Monthly Property Management.)
